Account Information

When you create an account on Adrenaline Realm, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored using industry-standard hashing — we never store plaintext passwords). You may also provide a profile photo, display name, biography, and links to your vehicles or social profiles. This information identifies you within the platform and allows other members to connect with you.

Vehicle Information

A core part of the Adrenaline Realm experience is sharing your builds and rides. When you add a vehicle to your profile, we collect details you choose to provide, including make, model, year, modifications, photos, and any notes or descriptions. This information is displayed on your profile according to your privacy settings.

Content You Post

Any content you create on the platform — posts, photos, videos, comments, reactions, messages, event listings, and Realm contributions — is stored on our servers. This includes metadata associated with that content, such as timestamps and engagement data.

Location Information

We collect location data in specific contexts. When you create or RSVP to an event, you may provide a location or enable device location to see nearby events on the map view. We do not continuously track your location in the background. Location data is associated with events and map features and is used only to power those specific features.

Device and Usage Information

Like most platforms, we automatically collect certain technical information when you use the app or visit our website. This includes your device type, operating system version, IP address, app version, pages or features accessed, timestamps of activity, and crash reports. This information helps us diagnose bugs, improve performance, and understand how the platform is being used at an aggregate level.

Communications With Us

If you contact us through support, report a user, appeal a moderation decision, or email our team, we retain those communications to track the resolution of your issue and improve our response processes.

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Adrenaline Realm platform. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity when you log in.
• Display your profile, vehicles, and posts to other members according to your privacy settings.
• Power event discovery, map features, and nearby-community functionality.
• Send you notifications about activity on your posts, event reminders, replies, and platform announcements. You can control notification preferences in your account settings.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including reviewing reported content and taking moderation action.
• Respond to your support requests, bug reports, and inquiries.
• Analyze usage patterns in aggregate to improve features and performance. This analysis is anonymized wherever possible.
• Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from authorities, and protect the rights and safety of our users and the platform.

We do not use your personal information to serve third-party advertising. The only promotional content you may see on Adrenaline Realm comes from businesses that have gone through our verification process and are part of the platform.

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate and deliver the Adrenaline Realm platform. Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary to perform their specific function and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Cloud Infrastructure and Storage

We use a cloud infrastructure provider to host our backend systems, databases, and media storage. Your account information, content, and uploaded media are stored on their servers. All data is stored in the United States and is subject to enterprise-grade security certifications and compliance standards. This provider does not have access to your data for their own purposes.

Mapping and Location Services

We use a third-party mapping provider to power the event map and location discovery features within the app. When you interact with map-based features, your location or search input may be transmitted to this provider solely to render map data and return relevant results. This data is not stored or used by us beyond the scope of that specific interaction.

Transactional Email

We use a third-party email delivery provider to send account-related communications, including verification messages, password resets, security alerts, and notification emails. Your email address is shared with this provider only for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf.

App Distribution

The Adrenaline Realm mobile app is distributed through the official app marketplace operated by the platform's manufacturer (Apple App Store for iOS). The app marketplace provider may collect certain diagnostic and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies as part of the standard app installation and update process. This data is governed by the marketplace provider's terms, not ours.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

You have meaningful control over your information on Adrenaline Realm. The following rights apply regardless of your location, and we honor them to the best of our ability.

Access and Export

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can initiate a data export request through your account settings or by emailing privacy@adrenalinerealm.com. We will provide your data in a portable, machine-readable format within 30 days.

Correction

If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may update it directly through your account settings at any time. For data that cannot be changed through the app interface, contact us at privacy@adrenalinerealm.com and we will correct it promptly.

Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Account deletion can be initiated through the app's settings menu. Upon deletion, your profile, posts, vehicle listings, and personal information are removed from active systems within 30 days. Some residual data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged in line with our backup rotation schedule. Certain records may be retained longer where required by law (such as transaction records where applicable) or to resolve ongoing disputes.

Opt-Out of Communications

You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by adjusting notification settings inside the app. Transactional emails necessary for account security (such as password reset emails) cannot be disabled.

Data Portability

Your content belongs to you. You can request your data export at any time and take it with you. We do not lock you in.

We take the security of your data seriously. Our infrastructure uses encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with appropriate cost factors. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel and requires multi-factor authentication.

Despite these measures, no system is completely impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law and as quickly as possible.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to privacy@adrenalinerealm.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will act quickly.

The Adrenaline Realm website uses a minimal set of cookies required for the site to function, including session cookies that keep you logged in across page loads. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell cookie data to ad networks.

The mobile app does not use browser cookies. We use a secure authentication token stored on your device to maintain your session. This token is invalidated when you log out.

We may use lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics to understand page-level traffic patterns on our website. Any analytics data is aggregated and anonymized before analysis.

Adrenaline Realm is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Adrenaline Realm and must not attempt to register or submit personal information to us.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, or if we receive a credible report that an account belongs to a minor, we will immediately suspend and permanently delete that account and any associated personal information without notice.

In addition, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 under any circumstances. If you believe that a minor has registered an account or submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@adrenalinerealm.com and we will take prompt action to investigate and remove the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform evolves or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notification or email and update the effective date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the platform after the updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
