What happens when you tap Share:
Your photos are first uploaded to our secure media servers. Once the upload completes, the post metadata (caption, hashtags, settings) is saved to our database and the post appears in the feed. This two-step process ensures your media is reliably stored even on slow connections.
Add to your post
Below the caption you'll find the options row:
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Location | Tag a city or place — helps nearby enthusiasts find your post |

All posts are public — they can appear in the For You feed for everyone. Video posting is on the roadmap; posts are photo-first for now.
